Sara Nilsson is a nationally recognized leader in human services. Sara is known for her ability to drive successful operations, launch and scale new programs, innovate, and increase access to care for clients across all communities.
Sara brings to ReVamp her graduate training and education in program design/evaluation, combined with her direct experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and executive leader in this field.
Sara has successfully led at all levels of care in the human services space, both for-profit and non-profit, and is determined to see every organization grow and thrive.
Matt is an energetic, passionate, experienced clinician and executive leader in the behavioral health space. Matt has worked in both for-profit and non-profit organizations and at each of these organizations, he helped them improve culture, retention, outcomes and financial performance.
Matt has a particular passion for adolescent residential behavioral healthcare settings. He has successfully led at three different residential operations, achieving outcomes for some of the country’s most challenging youth.
Matt’s mission is to continue to raise up and develop the next generation of high impact behavioral health leaders and organizations.
